Some new script has been written to address the cause of the recent outage.Operation Convair - TAIC report issued on 8 September 2004On 4 October 2003, WLSAR teams participated in the search for two missing pilots from a Convair 580 cargo plane, which crashed off the Kapiti Coast the previous evening. Search conditions were difficult because of a concurrent weather related civil defence emergency in the search area. On 8 September 2004, the Transport Accident Investigation Commission issued its report on the accident. Click Here for an abstract of the report.
